On April 24, 2026, the Texas Supreme Court unanimously ruled in favor of PMBG clients Robert and Amy Marshall in their appeal against Webb Consolidated School District. The ruling allowed Rober t and Amy Marshall their recovery of attorneys’ fees because they prevailed in obtaining a temporary injunction on the merits of their claims before their school board trustee terms ended. Robert and Amy Marshall were represented on appeal by PMBG Partner Baldemar Garcia Jr.
