Criminal Defense

Criminal defense is covered by the 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments of the United States Constitution. It requires preparation without the benefit of depositions, written discovery requests, Rule 11 Agreements, etc.  Our firm prepares clients to make extremely difficult decisions that affect the client’s life and liberty. When our clients decide that they want to exercise their right to a trial, we have the know-how, experience, and courage to take on the Government. We make sure our clients are given fair trials by the all-powerful Government.  Our clients get the benefit of many miles traveled down some difficult and lonely roads fighting for truth, justice and fairness in a sometimes unfair world.
