Criminal defense is covered by the 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments of the United States Constitution. It requires preparation without the benefit of depositions, written discovery requests, Rule 11 Agreements, etc.  Our firm prepares clients to make extremely difficult decisions that affect the client’s life and liberty.
