PMBG Triumphs in Election Contest

After a trial on January 26 and 27, 2023 that proved voter fraud, PMBG partner Baldemar Garcia Jr. secured a judgment in favor of his client that overturned the November 8, 2022 election results for Laredo City Council District 2. PMBG represented candidate Ricardo Rangel Jr., who had lost on election night by six votes. But after proving at trial that fifteen voters falsified their addresses to vote for his opponent Daisy Campos Rodriguez, the trial court declared Ricardo Rangel Jr. the legal winner of the election. The case is on appeal to the Fourth Court of Appeals sitting in San Antonio, Texas.
