PMBG Announces Senior Associate Keeley Folan

On March 1^st, PMBG named Keeley Folan as a Senior Associate.  Keeley is a 2009 graduate of The University of Texas and a 2013 graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law. With over 8 years of oil and gas experience, Keeley has helped landowners through the entire transaction process of their pipeline right of way agreements, surface use agreements, and oil and gas leases. Keeley negotiates the terms of such agreements and enforces compliance of their terms by lessees and operators, including proper payment of royalties. Keeley is also a key part of PMBG’s oil and gas and royalty audit litigation team.
